Dear Friends and Supporters of Beyond Conflict,

You can make a one-off or regular donation to help deliver mental health support to traumatised civilians and children in post conflict zones. We are the only NGO in the world solely dedicated to tackling the most severe cases of trauma caused by war, terrorism and displacement. Help us reach our first funding target of £10,000. We are holding our first UK fundraiser in Windsor Parish Church on 28 September 2018, a gala performance of The Cry: A Requiem for the Lost Child by Adrian Snell. Adrian wrote The Cry in memory of children around the world who have lost their lives in conflict:

“So far this century, about three quarters of a million children have been killed in wars and other armed conflicts. As well as the death toll, in the last eight years over two million children have been disabled and millions more have been traumatised.”

“For many…the only way of survival is to become what they have seen and experienced: men and women of hate. We ignore this reality at our peril.”

If you donate, your money will help fund free counselling sessions with trained psychiatrists for traumatised children and young people recovering from war and terrorism in their countries. It will help fund the training of therapists to boost the level of support on the ground. We aim to start our first project in Iraq, working with the government to rebuild communities shattered by ISIS and decades of war and suffering.
