Providing psychological therapies for traumatised people in conflict zones
We have agroup of qualified therapists who are based in the UK and other parts of the world who will provide remote counselling to survivors in conflict zones, starting with Iraq. The project is delivered in collaboration with NGOs and Mental Health Services in Iraq to fill the immediate gap in psychological therapy.
We hope Beyond Conflict will be able to offer our services beyond Iraq, to other countries in the region and world that require acute mental health support for refugees living amidst or fleeing war. Our aim is to help vulnerable refugees wherever there is a need, to help ordinary people restore their mental health and move on to a life beyond war.
Please help us achieve this through offering to help, donate, or become one of our founding funders.
Together, we believe we can conquer the unseen mental health crisis in conflict zones like Iraq and Syria.
